Terms and Conditions
EDNA2 is a web-based plant pathogen detection tool for metagenomes and is provided with no guarantee.
We strive to provide correct detection and privacy, but we cannot guarantee correctness of results,
integrity of data, or privacy. We only accept metagenomic samples which have been collected from plants or sites that
have very close association with plants (e.g., soil, rhizosphere, phylosphere, etc).
We do not accept metagenomic datasets obtained from human or animal species.
We will try to provide results quickly, however, waiting times might vary depending on the server load.
We will definately inform users about changes to the system and the underlying data. Note: If you are a beta-tester of this plattform
some changes might occur without previous notice. Yet, if changes occuring may affect running jobs, we will
make considerable efforts to notify the users via e-mail. Please be aware that WE ARE CURRENTLY BETA TESTING THIS PLATFORM.

website administrators to keep the data available.
We reserve the right to reject data sets that are not complying with the purpose of EDNA2 which is
detection and diagnostics.
We reserve the right to perform additional data analysis (e.g., search for novel e-probes
to improve our detection on specific targets or the use of new bioinformatic approaches) to make the
analysis faster or improve EDNA2.
We will never release user-provided data without
consent or publish user data before the user.
EDNA2 does not share any data that the user has uploaded or processed in our server.
The user acknowledges the TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS stated above and will cite EDNA2 when reporting on work.
